On approval, I created high fidelity responsive designs for both web and mobile. With a tight deadline, I updated designs in WordPress, ensuring a smooth and visually consistent launch.Metrolink - Redesigned the ticket purchase flow for Metrolink, using analytics, survey insights, and business goals to create wireframes. Tested prototypes at LA Union Station with commuters, iterated based on feedback, and adapted designs for additional platforms, including TOMS and the mobile app.Cisco - Built a cohesive design system for Cisco’s Panoptica software including light and dark theme, replacing mixed UI components to streamline the design and development process, enhancing consistency and user experience across the platform.
