Worked as an Intern under Climate Change and Sustainability Sub- Business Unit as part of the Major Project during my Master of Science Program. Roles and Responsibilities: • Evaluated all state projects under the National Adaptation Fund for Climate Change, funded by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, through comprehensive third-party assessments. Identified outputs achieved and areas for improvement, resulting in enhanced project outcomes and increased efficiency.• Assessed the environmental and social impacts of corporate social responsibility activities by NTPC Ramagundum in Telangana. Produced detailed reports highlighting the significance of these activities in climate adaptation, thereby informing corporate strategies and showcasing the positive community impacts.• Conducted comprehensive community needs assessments in rural Telangana, developing a 15-year action plan based on the community's ‘felt needs’. This plan guided future development initiatives and CSR activities, ensuring alignment with local priorities and enhancing long-term sustainability.• Led a team of 20 field staff through rigorous field visits to various villages in Telangana. Oversaw the preparation of survey questionnaires, focus group discussion guides, meeting minutes, and daily progress reports, ensuring accurate data collection and effective project execution, ultimately improving the quality and impact of field-based assessments.

Worked as an Intern with Kabil Professional Services to undertake CIMMYT research programme as part of the Minor Project during my Master of Science Program. Roles and responsibilities: • Worked under International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center research programme ‘Climate Change Agriculture and Food Security’. • Led a ten-member team and conducted field visits, household surveys, organisational surveys and focused group discussions in remote village of the states of Bihar and Haryana. • Preparation of household survey questionnaires, FGD guides and reports.

A 5 weeks summer training on study of various laboratories at GSI, Faridabad. Learned about the theoretical and practical aspects of geology and gained hands-on experiences on: Crushing, Grinding, Polishing, EPMA, Luminescence Dating- TI/OSL, AAS, Quadrupole- ICPMS, LA-ICPMS, XRD, XRF, etc.
