Provide guidance on the application of liquidated damages and the allocation of responsibilities among involved parties. Engage in value engineering activities and assessments throughout the construction phase. Contribute to the preparation of cost-to-complete (CTC) reports, cost-value reconciliation (CVR) reports, cash flow forecasts, interim payment applications, and similar financial documentation. Prepare financial statements for monthly reports. Draft contractual correspondences. Deliver presentations during contractual and commercial meetings. Maintain logs for claims, variations, engineer instructions, and other relevant records.
