As an adjunct professor teaching American Government, I initiate, facilitate, and enliven interactive discussion boards tackling a variety of topics. I prepare and deliver lectures, and always seek to challenge, advise, and motivate my students.

I manage the relationships between our nonprofit organization and twenty-two AFL-CIO affiliated international labor unions. I work with liaisons from each union to promote the Union Plus benefits and discounts through all available partner channels, including direct local union outreach.I also act as an ambassador for our organization, conducting workshops and presentations on how local leaders can use the Union Plus benefits as a means to engage members and strengthen the union. Union Plus is especially valuable for workers in Right-To-Worse states where it is more important for stewards and local officers to promote member-only benefits.
