Product manager for the InEight Planning, Scheduling, and Risk product category. InEight Schedule is the first project management application to leverage machine learning and augmented intelligence (AI) to take advantage of the organizational knowledge. It is also the first planning and scheduling solution that intelligently integrates front-end and field execution planning in a singular application.

Responsible for building the customer success program for InEight BASIS which is the first project management application to leverage machine learning and augmented intelligence (AI) to take advantage of the organizational knowledge. I lead the strategy and execution of customer onboarding, enablement, retention, and new product introduction.

Led full lifecycle business development in a wide range of verticals and was responsible for solution selling products and services. Created trusted advisor relationships with some of our largest clients (Honeywell, TransCanada, Quanta, etc.) and top consulting firms (Accenture, PwC, E&Y, FTI.). Additionally, I was responsible for leading product strategy and messaging, specifically focused in the Integrated Program Management (IPM) market.

Successfully led some of the biggest and most complex implementations working with project managers, consultants and clients to deliver enterprise project management and project cost controls implementations worldwide. Created and managed relationships with subcontractors and consulting partners (Accenture, PwC, E&Y, and FTI).

Led the implementation and technology services practice specializing in project management /controls solutions. Led growth from startup to over 15 consultants and over $4.5m in annual revenue. Responsible for practice strategy, P&L, recruiting, mentoring, subcontractor relationships, and customer success.

Led implementation and software development projects for major clients. Developed requirements and design specifications for product development. Managed the software development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of quality software. Created strong trusted advisor relationships with clients.

Led the West region consulting services practice successfully delivering over $14m in revenue a year. Exceeded P&L expectations by increasing revenue and margin in the region. Identified and rolled out new services offerings resulting in increased spend in existing client base as well as new clients. As a member of the Marquee program team was responsible for solution selling services and products and creating trusted advisor relationships with some of the largest clients (Boeing, Lockheed, General Dynamics, etc.) and top consulting firms (Accenture, PwC, BoozAllen, etc.).

Led a team of product and industry subject matter experts in defining the detailed requirements, design, UX, and UI for the EPPM solutions. During this time, we successfully relaunched a flagship product with a new technology stack, UX, and UI and launched a totally new product into the market.

• Led the complete product software development lifecycle for WelcomRisk, WelcomPortfolio, WelcomHome, and WelcomWatch.• Responsible for gathering and writing market requirements, leading Development and QC, and ensuring readiness as we brought product releases to market. • Led the re-design of WelcomRisk that resulted in increased usability, customer satisfaction, and resulted in winning the 2005 Jolt Award.

• Performed implementations of the EPM suite of applications following the implementation process methodology.• Trained management and users in earned value management system (EVMS) and scheduling best practices• Because of my breadth of knowledge and client demeanor I was typically tasked the most challenging assignments with our high profile clients.• Gathered requirements, designed, developed and managed development of custom applications and reports.

• Provided technical support for the EPM suite of applications.
