About Gargi Kand

As a Senior-Software Product Manager at AT&T, I lead the development and launch of Devices & Accounts related intent flows in ANDI, a virtual assistant powered by Google CCAI. I work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver a Conversational AI / Generative AI solution that enhances customer experience and satisfaction. I am responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, as well as conducting user research, testing, and feedback.I have a passion for creating user-centric and innovative products that solve real-world problems. I graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a minor in Management & Psychology, where I learned the fundamentals of machine learning, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. I also completed a UI/UX Nanodegree from Udacity and a Product Management Certificate from Product School, where I acquired the skills and tools to design, prototype, and validate user interfaces and product features. In addition, I am the founder of Global Bookathon, a non-profit organization that collects and donates used books to underprivileged children across the world.
