I was humbled when the company elevated me to be one of the leaders based on performance metrics, peer relationships and leading teams in a impactful way on project sites. As a director, I was responsible for P&L of the unit. In addition, I initiated & led following initiatives to ensure continued success of the unit. - Relationship Management : Forged new partner/client relationship and elevated existing relationship to operate in a mutually beneficial environment. - Talent Management : Identified & recruited new talent. Established close working relationship with individual talent to create an environment for them to gain positive experience & excel professionally. - Point Solutions : Envisioned viable solution that enables client to achieve their goals based on their needs & available resources.
