Innovative Computing Corporation provides commercial software for the Trucking industry on the IBM ISeries. ICC also provides an ASP for trucking companies, where ICC provides and maintains the ISeries. My responsibilities included managing the Quality Assurance department, which performs unit and end to end testing for more than 70 products. In PJM I was responsible for managing all customer requests, vendor projects, and internal projects from the first request thru billing. The Deployment dept is responsible for delivery of all new software installs, product enhancements and release PTF updates. In addition, the position managed and maintained the Aldon source control. Extensive use of IBM PDM and Query are part of the job. I performed regular performance and system audits on the ASP and wrote processes to secure the system and increase performance. Worked with the ISeries replication software. Prior jobs included software design and customer training.
