Head Track & Field CoachUniversity Of Dayton May 2005 - May 2007Dayton, OhI had the pleasure of working as the Head Women’s Track & Field Coach at The University of Dayton for two years and successfully turned around a shambled program. In 2006, we finished fourth at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships, which at the time was the best finish in school history. During that season, our team broke four school records, had six A-10 Champions, seven All-Conference selections, the A-10 Indoor Field Event Performer of the Year, the A-10 Outdoor Rookie of the Year, and two NCAA Regional Qualifiers. In 2007, we placed seven in both the Indoor and Outdoor Championships. We had four All-Conference selections, broke ten school records, and our team was an All-Academic Team. My final recruiting classes have helped UD finish second in both the Indoor and Outdoor A-10 Championships for the past two seasons, becoming a nationally recognized program. -
