CurrentManage and provide oversight for the business operations of the law firm in four office locations including:-financial budgeting and reporting -human resources including payroll, hiring, staff management and review processes, benefits negotiations and administration, wellness initiatives, and policy and procedure setting/implementation-cyber security including processes, policies, training, testing and auditing-Internal and external communication and marketing -Internal central services and file management -facilities management -information technology, cyber security and process improvement-strategic planning
