As a contract administrator at Southwest Airlines Pilots Association, I apply my analytical skills to ensure the fair and effective implementation of the collective bargaining agreement between the pilots and the airline. I have 1.5 years of experience in this role, and I have contributed to SWAPA's mission to defend Southwest Airlines Pilots’contractual and individual rights while promoting professionalism, safety through effectiveorganizational communication.My academic background in anthropology and archaeology has given me a cross-cultural perspective and a passion for community engagement, public archaeology, recycling, sustainable heritage development, human rights, and labor law. I enjoy working with diverse and interdisciplinary teams and learning new things. In addition to my contract administration role, I also run my own vintage clothing business, Vintage For The People, where I source, curate, and sell unique and sustainable pieces.
