I am responsible for managing leasing, coordinating maintenance requests, handling resident inquiries and concerns, and enforcing community rules and policies. Additionally, I oversee marketing efforts, organize resident events, and manage budgets to ensure the community runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsible for property budgets and accounting, your role involves managing the financial health of the property, including creating and overseeing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date. This involves recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees, as well as providing ongoing performance management and support. The goal is to ensure the property operates efficiently, stays within budget, and provides excellent service to residents.
