What fuels me everyday: "How can we help enable, activate & accelerate the efforts of employers & higher ed toward strong military-ready workforce outcomes?" My background is 20+ years across Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble, Henkel, SAP and Oracle in all types of roles, including brand marketing, consumer insights, strategic planning, business development, eCommerce, solution selling, partnerships & organizational readiness. In 2017, I dove into the "veteran services industry", taking an entry level role in a Congressional office. I spent 4 years learning, absorbing and watching.As the spouse of a veteran, I know first-hand how difficult the post-military transition can be as well as the impact to family. But I also know that military-ready employers are eager to onboard strong talent as a business imperative. The question they now have is "But HOW do we do it?"In 2020, we kicked off 50strong to support at-scale efforts.
