Provide executive leadership, direction, planning, and oversight for all operational matters across Yamhill and surrounding communities; including quality, safety, caregiver engagement, and patient experience. Providence Newberg Medical Center plays a key role in our community and was the first Gold LEED Certified hospital in the country and provides key services with 40 beds, over 600 employees, and over 250 active medical staff members.

Accountable for real estate strategy and operations, design, construction, acute and non-acute facilities, environmental services, safety, security, and other operational services for 25 hospitals and over 700 clinics totaling over 25 MSF across Providence’s Oregon, E. Washington, Montana, Texas, and New Mexico markets.

Responsible for leading and driving Providence's real estate strategy, managing the process, and translating strategy into actionable and quantitative plans for execution.Provide leadership for a team of planners and subject matter experts who focus on master planning, facility design, pre-construction, land use, and compliance in support of both regional and system-wide strategies and initiatives. This work includes formation of real estate strategies, ongoing best practices, delivery of key initiatives, development of non-clinical operating revenue, planning and development of the future healthcare built environment, and ongoing portfolio optimization.

Design and oversee the strategic and financial direction of the System’s diverse portfolio of real estate assets that include; acute care hospitals, medical office buildings, senior housing, office, industrial, retail, residential, and land assets. These assets serve Providence St. Joseph Health's comprehensive range of health and social services; with multiple ministries and brands across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
