- Manage procurement, control and distribution of company IT hardware and software assets to ensure high-availability and cost optimization of IT services.- Prepare and deliver regular reports on the status of IT assets, service agreements, IT spend analysis, and cost allocations.- Configure and utilize approved IT Asset Management tools, including IT Service Management, Configuration Management Database, Mobile Device Management, Business Intelligence Reporting, and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions to keep track of company IT assets and service agreements.

- Generate and analyze construction equipment inventory, costs, revenue, and savings Excel reports to assist managers to make more informed decisions.- Construct Macros in Microsoft Excel to streamline reporting processes.- Analyze budgetary differences between actual and projected construction equipment/phone costs.- Work and communicate with IT department from sister companies to manage phone inventory and solve technical issues.- Analyze phone usage data and trends to pinpoint areas of improvement and potential savings.
