I have extensive background in the pharmacy field. I have done retail and closed door pharmacy. I have done extensive prior authorizations for all medications. I specialized in IV's and TPN therapy prior authorizations for Omnicare for 3 years. I had to verify if a TPN needed to be billed to Medicare B or D by determining if the condition required the medication for a certain length of time and if the TPN was the last resort. Before this last position I had no knowledge of what a TPN was. I have medical knowledge of several different disease states and if I don't know or understand it I will look it up and do the research to find it out. It fascinates me. I have a passion to help people in every way that I can. I may not be able to help out financially, but I try other ways by mentally or physically being there if possible. I am very crafty and imaginative.
