I have worked in many positions within Dialog Direct (formerly known as NOVO1): • As an advisor on the telephones and as a Team Leader for United Healthcare • As an advisor on the telephones and as a Team Leader for Allstate Roadside Services handling sales and retention as well as dispatch services.
