I deliver direct, hands on training to the team of Pure Energy solar installers and electricians in our South Texas markets. Ensuring the team are motivated, fully supported and capable of executing high quality solar installations, we leave our clients with an awesome, professional experience and a sharp looking solar system. My role has many additional duties such as:-Training the team to troubleshoot and service DC solar systems-Installing solar, electrical equipment and SolarEdge battery systems-Work with the design team on electrical designs in the South Texas Region-Identify and correct issues for positive progress over time-Help installations progress according to the schedule, without quality issues or multiple trips back to the same jobsite-Ensuring company and industry safety standards are adhered to-Anything else that is assignedI have had the blessing of creating changes to processes in our South Texas locations which have improved warehousing and installer efficiencies, reliability and redundancy. In essence, speeding up job kitting times whilst simultaneously eliminating the possibility for kitting errors. Eliminating the possibility of crews leaving to an installation and forgetting material and really effective inventory management systems.
