Here I enjoyed a challenging and varied role in which I spearheaded the business with a focus on growth and development, taking over the day to day running of the organisation and established the group priorities and business plan. Following my many successes as Site Shift Manager at Raymond Brown Recycling, I was contracted as Operations Manager at Recycle Southern Ltd. where I assisted the business with a £500,000 installation of an MRF unit and review operational processes, reviewing site regulations to EA Permits and Health & Safety policies.
