Compliance Manager
Current• Monitor and lead on healthcare regulatory compliance whilst working alongside clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure their compliance to all legislation and regulations. • With the Senior GRC Manager prepare the organisation for ISO (27001 and 9001) and CQC inspections and other external reviews • Supporting the implementation of a new Document Management System• Review policies, produce action plans, attend required governance committee meetings such as the Document Management Committee and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. • Liaise with and manage DCA partner audits, ensuring that terms of reference and NDAs have been provided and approved. • Work with the Senior GRC Manager and the CRO to develop and implement an internal compliance risk management assessment (ICRMA) of all DCA policies. • Manage, coordinate, assess the annual ICRMA of policies in all teams and collate the results. Report to be prepared for the relevant governance committees.
