Health and wellness professional with over 20 years of experience in design, development oversight, and auditing of SaaS incentive, survey and coaching portals, HRAs, and dozens of other types of instruments/surveys; vendor product reviews and program evaluation efforts including claims data, corporate culture, productivity, program satisfaction, and return-on-investment. Specializes in dealing with the technical aspects of projects and is valued for attention to detail. Prior to joining headversity, was VP of Operations at Health Improvement Solutions consulting and collaborating with other vendors/consultants, state and government agencies, and employers of all sizes. Preceding that was employed at Nebraska Medical Center working with the Well Workplace Platinum Award winning health improvement program. Later became the Graduate Assistant for Fitness and Wellness Programming at the University of Nebraska Omaha, where from 2002-2004 while earning a Master’s Degree in Health and Fitness Management, helped evolve the University’s health improvement program to receive the Silver Well Workplace Award. Remained affiliated with the University as an adjunct faculty member for 7 years, instructing courses in the Exercise Science undergraduate program.Enjoys fitness, the outdoors, and coaching sports.
