I am Commercial/Residential realtor working in beautiful Victoria BC. My real estate career began in Vancouver working with mixed use developments and then specializing in commercial sales and leasing. I pride my self on operating with transparency and honesty and I've worked with landlords, building owners, Strata Corporations and tenants to negotiate long-lasting partnerships. I have a passion for business and a love for real estate; This combination allows me to evaluate real estate from multiple viewpoints with confidence and I have become one of the top producing agents in the company.Past Experiences: In 2009 I founded the Dirty Wall Project and have since helped thousands gain medical access, built a school, women’s centre and turned garbage dumps into green spaces while sponsoring the private education for girls and boys living in extreme poverty in Mumbai. My work in Mumbai coupled with the fundraising through large corporate companies and individuals has given me the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. I have earned people’s trust and turned their hard earned money into tangible help for those most in need. In 2012 I used my background and knowledge in the restaurant industry to open the Lost + Found Café on the border between Gastown the DTES. Taking over a nearly 4000 sq ft space that had been unused for over a decade, I turned the space into a busy café and hosted events with local and international companies such as Leica, Electronic Arts and YouTube. Having honed my real estate skills in Vancouver's Commercial sector, I have now moved back home to beautiful Victoria BC.
