As a conference producer at Kisaco Research, I create and deliver high-quality events that examine emerging trends and technologies in AI and other domains. I am responsible for researching, developing, and managing the content, speakers, and agenda of several conferences, such as MemCon 2024, Enterprise Generative AI Summit West, and the Privacy Enhancing-Technology Summits (Europe and North America).I have a strong academic background and a passion for learning and innovation. I hold an MPhil degree in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, where I researched the impact of innovation on economic development, global trade, and economic crime. I also have a First-Class BA degree in History from Coventry University and an exchange year in European Studies and Communication Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Previously, I worked as a Business Analyst at Yes2Ship Limited dealing with air, road, and sea enquiries, developing a roster of customers, and creating an internal CRM system to create efficiencies within internal structures. I later transferred to Digital Transformation, leading a team of three, building the CustomsCloud and Yes2Door platforms, enhancing my understanding and practice of leadership and digital enablement.During my university years, I interned at a crowd-funding, fintech company - SyndicateRoom, where, as a Private Markets Intern, I helped manage investor-related enquiries for a busy portfolio of around 40 start-up companies, helped run SyndicateRoom Live and launched funding rounds for new portfolio companies. While at Coventry University, I had a part-time role at the Students' Union, where I helped organise events, ran the help desk, and dealt with stock merchandising. Lastly, as part of my summer experiences, I was also a camp counselor in West Virginia. I have developed and applied a broad range of skills and competencies throughout my education and work experience, such as conference production, budget management, team coordination, change management, sales growth, copywriting, and AI implementation. I have also gained exposure to different cultural and professional contexts, having studied and worked in multiple countries. I am motivated by excellence, curiosity, and impact, and I seek to contribute to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge and innovation in AI and other domains.
