My role at DibbsBarker is to support, develop and maintain both the Case Management and Finance systems and processes, with a focus on streamlining and/or automating internal processes to improve profitability. Further to this I am currently developing and implementing SSAS Tabular Cubes as a means of improving visibility and transparency of performance throughout the firm, which I see as a great platform to engage with different sections of the business to begin providing additional non-financial data driven analytics for CyberSecurity, Risk Management and Infrastructure Performance.

Working as part of a National IT Team based in Sydney I was able to play both a traditional support role while developing and implementing a number of operational efficiencies primarily around Operating System deployment and well as driving the use of Powershell internally for both automation and zero-touch interactions with end user workstations.Toward the end of my tenure I was responsible for learning, developing and implementing Splunk Enterprise and the ETL processes that surrounded it to drive a more proactive support stance within the business.
