Award Productions is a full service broadcast video production company serving over 500 corporate clients and tv networks. As Director of Marketing & Business Development I'm responsible for generating new business. Also, as a producer of a new tv series, Science Works, focusing on STEM careers and education, I am responsible for finding appropriate brands and companies to partner with to create entertaining, and educational content. What started as an idea has now had two successful seasons on Discovery Science Channel, and is currently streaming on Amazon Prime.

•Supervised all activities for FMC’s Boston branch including customer support, sales, marketing, software & hardware implementation, hiring & training of staff, and scheduling classes•Maintained license to operate an occupational school through the Massachusetts Department of Education•Managed an inside sales team •Planned events and meetings

• Understand and maintain digital media software product knowledge for Apple, Adobe, Autodesk & Avid software applications and uphold product knowledge for over 150 class offerings which change based on latest software releases (e.g. CS5.5 & Final Cut X)• Negotiate training with clients via phone & email and retain sales totals of between $50K - $90K monthly• Serve as a liaison between IT Professionals, Editors, Animators, Designers, Web & Graphic Designers, Marketing Managers and Purchasers and/or HR Managers in order to fulfill the client's training requests
