Span of scope included tactical and strategic sourcing, subcontract management, planning/inventory/logistics, systems/ process/best practice implementation, diversity programs and governance (approved Government Purchasing/Acquisition systems).• Implemented procure-to-pay (P2P) Ariba spend management platform returning significant year after year savings. This was an overlay system approach establishing a single interface point for P2P from a dozen consolidated platforms including internally developed, ERP and several instances of each.
