I hope that I can be of some assistance to you with regards to procurement, management or ERP selection consultancy in the near or distant future!We relocated to Gloucester from London to attain a better quality of life for our son, be closer to my daughter and to get the mix of city/country life.I am a committed, proactive & dynamic procurement, project and change management consultant based in Gloucester. I am adept at assimilating and conceptualising new ideas and cutting edge technologies. Successful at embedding new ideals across organisations using evidence, logic and a mix of high order communication skills. I have a proven track record of successfully implementing change, procurement and business processes, sustainable procurement, ERP selection, best practice and contract management in public (OJEU), private and voluntary sectors within a team environment. My specialities are developing and implementing strategic procurement particularly from greenfield. I am at home with policy creation & implementation, stakeholder engagement & management, contract management, negotiation, supplier relationship management, project management, identifying efficiency savings and implementing solutions.I enjoy using Excel as a tool for analysis and creating dashboards to assist with capturing management information where systems are not already in place to do so. This allows me to create something bespoke for each client and their needs without breaking the bank.As well as being a freelance consultant I do have a job I enjoy as a Procurement & Operations Manager at a local family run business where I am laying the foundations for the business to grow exponentially without having to change processes and policies or having to make large changes to adapt to higher workloads across all divisions.I also work to help the people I meet to improve the use of their regular income and enable them to free up more disposable income and create a growing pension pot! I have also recently begun consulting in the energy sector helping businesses and household save money on essential services.
