I currently am a part of the leadership team at Mercer Mettl and head Human Resources along with leading business strategic initiative. Prior to this role, I was in a business transformation role and leading the integration for Mettl. I have almost 2 decades of human resources and rewards experience across my consulting and corporate roles and have worked on design and deployment of broad based rewards in alignment with the other organizational processes - planning and administration of merit Increase process for organizations and job evaluation experience for green-field and mid to large - sized organizations across multiple countries to name a few.
