Leading Nokia Notifications service Backend and Web Frontend development as Product Manager and Product Owner. As Product Manager I have done long term planning, release planning, usage forecasts, usage profiles, reports and analysis, cost calculations and forecasts, and represented backend products to other stakeholders. In release planning I have prioritized new features and requirements based on customer needs and on other requirements based on service usage calculations and analysis.As Product Owner I have specified content for releases, specified features, specified sprints and user stories, followed, reviewed and approved development and testing specifications and test results. Testing in overall has been very important part of my duties to review all test plans and cases and their results, give input from production environment what kind of profiles need to use in R&D testing such as performance testing, stability testing, provocative testing, non-functional requirements etc., and additionally test automatization development that has improved the quality and speed of development. I have also been responsible for production functionality and capacity planning.
