Dive+ is the largest diving APP worldwide, providing divers with SNS & tool services, with most active users located in Europe, North America & South East Asia[ Responsibilities ]• Product 0 to 1: Starting from conception, wrote business proposals, created MVP with co-founders, achieved Product-Market Fit, and introduced equity investments. Lead company of 13 employees, in 2 years, to build Dive+ as the largest app in diving industry worldwide.• Responsible for product planning for Dive+, facilitated team execution from roadmap to reality, iterated products. Held meetings for strategic & business goal discussions, and decision making process.• Responsible for product growth: based on Growth Hacking methodologies, using product, ops, tech, to enhance growth performance in each stage of AARRR cycle.• Responsible for fund-raising: business model refinement, discussions with potential investors, due diligence, etc.• Participated in goal setting and execution for product operational team. Participated in business developments.[ Performance & Results ]• Product covered diver users in 238 countries, with 83% users abroad. 90% of new users from organic growth.• Ranked 1st in AppStore Sport category in Taiwan, HK, Fiji, Palau, Maldives, and other markets. User rating of 4.7• Product penetration among active divers: 40% in China, 70% for instructors; 15% worldwide. • 7m monthly app launches, 120k MAU, 6.2m UGC contents, with 100k+ daily processes of underwater footages.
