As a Strategic Partner Manager for Google at NCS Group, I leverage my experience and skills in business development to cultivate and maintain win-win alliance with our key partner, Google. I also launch and execute co-sell, go-to-market, and sales strategies, influencing stakeholders and aligning with senior leadership on key metrics and initiatives.I obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree from National University of Singapore, with a focus on Accountancy and Finance, and an exchange program at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. I also hold multiple certifications in design thinking, analytics, and data literacy, which equip me with the analytical and creative mindset to solve complex problems and deliver value to clients.Prior to joining NCS, I spent two years as a Management Consulting Senior Analyst at Accenture, where I worked on projects related to digital transformation, payments transformation, finance shared services, and target operating model, across the banking and public service sectors. I developed my core competencies in business process design, transformation strategy, service management, and shared services, as well as my communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself, and I enjoy exploring board games, escape rooms, good food, and various forms of workouts outside of work.
