Research | Data Science | Software Engineering• Engage with leadership to understand needs and recommend Analytics and Data Science solutions.• Communicate effectively with executives via written and verbal modes including presentations and professional publications.• Partner with diverse customer and partner teams such as Product, Sales, and Finance Engineering team to define enterprise-level data solutions to enable analytical capabilities. • Drive data collection initiatives including third-party research, research study design, field and digital experimentation, data storage, data collation.• Lead the design, development, evaluation and deployment of data management and business intelligence systems such as advanced dashboards. • Design, build, monitor and maintain large scale machine-learning infrastructure and pipelines for advanced analytics including feature selection, model design, training, deployment, and model evaluation.• Apply the rigor of various statistical methods to results of diagnostic and predictive analysis ensuring final recommendations to stakeholders enable effective and sound data-backed decisions.• Hire, manage, coach, and lead a high performing team of Project Managers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers, BI Managers.
