I led the innovation and growth at Intellecap, working directly with the CEO. I was responsible for managing and advising key global accounts on building multi-stakeholder alliances and initiatives focused on bringing emerging technologies to the market. My work also involved building strategic roadmaps for large private sector organisations in designing their value chains and commercialising their technologies, products, and servicesAt Intellecap I also conceptualised and spearheaded Sankalp Forum's expansion into Africa, Asia and Europe – executed 8 Summits and grew network to 25,000 globally stakeholders and mobilised over US$ 200Mn into early stage enterprises.

Part of the core team leading Intellecap's expansion into East Africa, with a focus on building out Sankalp Forum as one of the largest common action platforms for inclusive development and Intellecap Impact Investment Network, one of the first angel investment networks for impact investment in East Africa. I was also part of the team working to develop a corridor for learning and knowledge exchange between countries in emerging markets as well as with Europe. I established programs across these regions, resulting in 10+ cross border partnerships

As Senior Associate and then Manager, I was part of the core team leading Sankalp Forum's enterprise program. My responsibilities included pipeline creation of early stage business through strategic collaborations with outreach partners and implementation of effective communications campaigns. I sourced and conducted preliminary due diligence on 250 enterprises that were showcased these to funders from across the world, leading to investor connections with 25 scalable enterprisesI also lead efforts on enterprise management by delivering support services to make young ventures “investment ready”. As part of this, I coordinated and delivered a long term capacity building program across India and East Africa. During this time, I also led Intellecap global expansion strategy, supporting geographic expansion in South East Asia and regionally to India's Low-Income States
