➤ Migrated two full classic ASP applications to JSP single handedly. The application takes requests from the user which on submit, fires query to the database and the response is given back to the web page. Used Oracle and Apache Tomcat.➤ Used Spring MVC, AJAX, jQuery, HTML to showcase the data on web page in form of bar charts as well as tables. Used JBoss as application server. ➤ Used Maven and Spring Boot framework to automate tickets that were created manually based on alerts generated on servers as well as requests from clients.➤ Developed a Java application that runs daily to check for alerts, if any, generated that day. Collections were used quite a lot here. Complex logic implementations were part of it. Used Oracle Database in this case. Worked in this as lead of the project.➤ Worked on automating a task where data is available from several different sources like DB links, Web Services, third party ticketing databases, etc. Had to put data from all these sources into a single database and display them on web page. Download to excel and pagination functionality was also added. ➤ Created MySQL database schema with a full set of procedures. AJAX calls were used for request-response part.➤ Automated the manual preparation of a full excel report containing at least 20 sections. This was a part of an extra initiative apart from usual business activity. ➤ Converted the ColdFusion tags into Java and fixed problems and issues in tags.➤ Developed GUI for Nagios tool which is a web application.
