After years of demonstrated results within my organization, I have been afforded opportunities to work on various strategic company projects. I have experience in leading global cross functional teams resulting in product line relocations, leading others in their lean six sigma projects, management oversight of site closure, as well as managing a manufacturing operation… just to name a few. Most recently I was the project manager for a divestiture which provided an unimaginable breadth of company and organizational knowledge for me.I have a passion for people, what they do; and seeing them reach their full potential. A desire to support people and organizations through continuous improvements has been the back drop of my career since I started as an Industrial Engineer. In turn I have had the pleasure of gathering operations, manufacturing and business leadership positions by being willing to take on new opportunities.I am a hard working, results oriented leader that understands the dynamics of leading in the 21st century with empathy and compassion. Some of my skills/experience include Manufacturing Operations Management, Lean Six Sigma principles, Quality Management and Leadership of global/cross functional teams/projects. I have spent majority of my career in the medical (and most recently dental) device industry; however the skills that I have acquired over the years I believe are definitely transferable across industries.I am a strong believer that opportunities may come once in a lifetime, and with all things considered, I am willing to accept a challenge because on the other side has always been growth! I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute.
