I also lead impact for worker's rights reaching 500,000 workers and another public health project reaching UK citizens in the last mile. I advise several charities and social enterprises on gender, youth, and philanthropy. Previously, I was the Director of Partnerships and Business Development with Includovate, a social enterprise and research incubator in Australia and Ethiopia, dedicated to addressing inequality and exclusion in the Global South. I led a team of 11 staff and worked in 22+ countries with clients like UNICEF, Government of Ethiopia, and CARE with an annual budget of $1 million. I contributed to UN SDSN Youth as a Senior Advisor, leading the Youth Solutions Report and supporting 150 startups, amplifying solutions in 10+ countries.Earlier, I served as a Research Manager with J-PAL affiliated LEAD at Krea University in India, focusing on women's entrepreneurship and financial inclusion in the MSME sector. I worked on USAID-funded projects examining the behavioral impacts of financial inclusion on 5000+ women micro-entrepreneurs and a FinTech incubator mpacting 30,000+ small businesses. I also managed digital inclusion projects with the Government of India and was a principal investigator on a BMGF grant studying market and credit access for 1000+ home-based women in the textile sector, also helping in spinning out an independent institution called IWWAGE. I worked as an Impact Consultant in Nairobi with TechnoServe on a multi-country $20 million project in East Africa under the USAID Feed the Future program, focusing on food security. I have extensive experience working with rural and peri-urban communities, designing interventions, and conducting and managing research using human-centered approaches.
