Business AnalystKey Responsibilities:• Conducting Gap Analysis session to explain the TOS functionalities and recognize the Terminal’s business process differences.• Providing Super User Training to explain the function/process of Terminal Operating System.• Preparing the Training Material/manual for the user’s knowledge sharing.• Coordinate with the development team for the new requirements, modifications, and bug fixing.• Providing intensive support on Integration tests, Unit tests, and Go-live Support to the delivery projects.• Follow up on the maintenance sites day to day activities, issues, and improvements plan.• Coordinate with the respective person for the deployment of patch updates at regular intervals.• Supporting the Helpdesk team to enlighten the process/functions of the new projects and maintenance sites.

Nature of Work:Planning of Container Vessels• Preparation of stowage plans to comply with the vessel stability parameters such as Stress, Strain, Bending movements & Torsional force throughout the vessel's port rotation.• Actively liaise with the Captain/Chief Officer of the vessel, Container terminal, and Shipping line Agents for smooth and high productivity cargo operations in all the ports.• Preparing the stowage plan with the high crane split to improve the Container Terminal’s productivity and strictly comply with the vessel’s safety limits in all aspects.• Coordinate with the Trade, EMD, DG desk, and other internal teams to achieve better loadability with more cargo utilization and quick turnaround of the vessel.System used: Seacos Macs3
