I am also involved in Operation & Maintenance off Sewage & Effluent Treatment Plants. In these plants we offer an integrated approach for real-time monitoring using the 3 tools we have developed.

ECOSOFTT is a social enterprise, that deals with decentralised water and wastewater management. Headquartered in Singapore, ECOSOFTT has strong global presence with more of its operations currently in Central India.In ECOSOFTT, I help in improving the technologies for greater efficiency, lower cost through various R & D activities and design improvisation. One of the interesting technologies I specialise in is the Aerobic Bio-filter Without Sludge (ABWS), that basically is a no-sludge bio-filter, helps in treating high organic load wastewater for non-potable purposes.

Synthesised Titanium dioxide Nanoparticles doped with to improve its photo-catalytic properties. This internship was a part of my Master's course. Writing a thesis on it, helped in improving my understanding about photo catalysis.

STEPS ( Scientific Tools for Engineering Projects) conducted at Vellore Institute of Technology, India under the guidance of Prof.Dr.A. Anand Prabhu. Led the project team which included 6 other students to achieve efficient results of hexavalent chromium removal and transformed the work into a research paper which was published in an international conference proceeding "POLYCHAR 21" held in Republic of Korea. Synthesized polymer adsorbents coupled with Functionalized carbon nanaotubes and Iron nanomaterials by in-situ polymerization. The team analyzed the materials capacity to remove Hexavalent Chromium ions from industrial effluent ( Nearby textile industry). Developed Sampling access agreements and scheduled systematic work plans. Coordinated Multiple sampling teams with the analytical laboratory.Reviewed analytical data and drafted the project report. Gained Hands on experience in handling analytical instruments - UV, F-TIR, AAS, SEM.

At BASF, I was involved in two major activites: 1) Marketing BASF's products to their clients coming for the Indo-German Urban mela2) Teaching kids small experiments on water conservation that involved BASF's products.
