CurrentI have led multiple products and large teams for Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, OneDrive, Office and Security & Compliance. Recent milestones include SharePoint storage use growing 10x in four years passing 100 PB of content added monthly, OneDrive Consumer releases and surpassing $10B+ in the Security business for Microsoft 365. Over the last decade I led several teams to transform SharePoint OnPremise Server to a world class service which is the core of OneDrive SharePoint today.Prior roles include:Distinguished Engineer - Led a revamp of OneDrive and SharePoint to support 100s of millions of users per month with exponential growth in Storage supporting EBs of user data. Instrumental in creating one of the largest file systems in the industry which powers all of Office file collaboration and is the pillar of Security & Compliance.Partner Director / Development Manager - SharePoint. Created and launched SharePoint Server in 2001 which grew to be the industry leader in Content Management and Microsoft’s fastest growing product to $1B by 2008. SharePoint continues to grow as the #1 cloud Content Management platform powering various experiences across Microsoft 365 including OneDrive, Teams, Viva and Office.Architect / Development lead / Software engineer - SharePoint. Designed and developed various parts of the system - Authentication, Authorization, Storage, Performance and Object Model. These areas were core to making SharePoint the most successful product in Microsoft and generated billions in revenue.
