• Collaborate with other teams to deliver design solutions such as Marketing, Merchandising, Social media, PR, O2O and Warehouse.• Assist Head Manager to review and mentor design team members (including: graphic designer, brand designer and motion designer) to maintain design guidline, corporate identity and work quailty.• Design platform creative solutions for a variety of uses including: short term and long term campaign key visual, landing page, onsite/offsite banner, social media content, EDM, Affiliate, event material, design template and merchandise.• React and resolve issues from both design team and other team.• Work under pressure and unexpected deadline changes.
