In this role, I assisted the team leader in maintaining the IZA/FCDO Gender, Growth and Labour Markets in Low Income Countries Programme (G2LM|LIC programme). My contributions and responsibilities expanded throughout my time with the team. This led to managing the project implementations in conjunction with different institutes across the world. My responsibility is to screen gender and labor economics proposals, organize the project events, support gender-responsive monitoring and evaluation for each project, and ensure gender-sensitive indicators in the project’s log frame, drafting an annual report and other write-up upon the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO)’s requests.

Managed and designed several research projects with a focus on gender equality, including- Adapting to Water Stresses in Southeast Asian Peri-urban Areas (the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam) - Education for children of migrant workers from Myanmar and Cambodia- What is essential is invisible: Empowerment and security in economic projects for low-income women in four Mekong countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam)- Women's participation in the peace process in Myanmar and Thailand
