Responsibilities:• Sourcing the candidates from various multiple sources like Job portals, Social networking sites, Indian student's associations groups, University web portals, Free job sites and References.• On boarding the candidates like H1 transfers, L2 EAD, H4 EAD, Green Card, US citizens & OPT and full time CPT.• End to End Recruitment life cycle (Sourcing, screening Cold Calling, Interviewing, negotiation and closing)• Good knowledge in Resume preparation.• Good experience in cold calling and convincing the candidate.• Involved in OPT online / Onsite training and placements.• Individually handle the whole OPT/CPT recruitment process.• Get them on board for training "Entry level guys" or direct marketing "Experienced guys"• Maintaining database & follow up with OPT's.• Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening & Skype, understand their competencies & skill sets.• Good Knowledge on USA Employment Terms 1099, W2 & Corp to Corp (C2C)• Make sure to collect all the documents from the candidates.• Understanding client requirements and sourcing the suitable candidates for different technical positions.• Negotiating regarding the rates on salary basis or percentage basis with the consultants.• Updating consultants about the status of the requirement/ submissions Confirming the interview slots with concerned Vendors and Consultants and Making Follow ups with the same.• Generating maximum PO'S for the month it's my target.
