Resource Delivery Manager/Client Service Manager
CurrentManage a team of 10 members, overseeing recruitment for IT and non-IT positions nationwide.Handle full life cycle technical recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and placing candidates in permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire roles.Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance on search strings and recruitment techniques.Schedule interviews through VMS and coordinate with clients on interviews, placements, and compliance updates.Regularly communicate with coordinators regarding upcoming requirements and attend client meetings on job opportunities and performance evaluation.Maintain excellent client relationships with all clients.Utilize various MSP, VMS models such as Volt (Hire Genics), Kelly Staffing, Agile1, Tapfin and eTemp, alongside platforms like Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, VectorVMS.
