Kanwar possesses subject matter expertise in the areas of neurobiological underpinnings of leadership and emotional Intelligence, optimizing decisional constraints, resilience, mindset psychology and is a requested keynote speaker and facilitator for conferences and events. Over his career, he has designed and delivered various business and growth projects for leaders at all levels that are customized to their business strategy.
