Roles and Responsibilities: - 1. To maintain close liaison with Department of Health, LHWP, BISP District/Tehsil office to mobilize eligible beneficiaries at BISP Nashonuma Centre.2. Maintain close coordination/Liaison with community workforce i.e. LHWs, CHWs, BBCs engaged the in mobilization and awareness raising campaign.3. Conduct training/orientation and capacity building session of Women medical officers, Lady Health Workers (LHW) and Lady Health Supervisors (LHS).4. Coordinate with BISP POS agent for the smooth disbursement of agreed entitlement to eligible beneficiaries at FC.5. Keep close coordination with the respective government departments, Cooperating Partner to ensure that all the activities at the Tehsil level are well coordinated and actively participate in the Tehsil coordination meetings.6. Within the specific area of responsibility, ensure compilation of data and support analysis and preparation of reports (daily, weekly & monthly)7. Act as a point of contact for resolution of general operational queries requesting assistance where necessary at FC. Provide support to conduct the trainings Workshops and facilitate the donor missions at the Tehsil level.

Roles and Responsibilities: -• Effective coordination with field staff (UC Secretaries, licensed Nikkah Registrar and other• facilitators) to ensure the timely and efficient submission of birth registration data.• Coordination with field staff to address any technical problems encountered in the field.17 – 22 monthly visits to Union Councils• Analysis of data trends and generation of weekly tehsil reports for the district/provincial DBR Cell.• Provide assistance to district (IT) Coordinator for the delivery of capacity-building trainingsrelated to the DBR application for field staff.• Provision of technical support to the Local Government & Community Development• Department (LGCDD) in support of effective coordination at the tehsil level with all Tehsil working group members.• Provision of technical support to the office of Deputy Director Local Government for the maintenance of records.• Facilitate and arrange the organization of events, meetings, workshops and seminars related to the DBR Project.• Collect & compile child birth registration data at Tehsil and UC level for consolidation andpresentation to the provincial DBR Cell.• Traveling to field areas (UCs and villages) and submit the field visit report discipline with basic IT & android knowledge.
