Built a Fast Refund experience across Credit Karma and Turbotax products, providing customers instant and frictionless access to their tax refund. Resulted in $527M tax refunds to 323K user accounts, 16.4% select rates (160.6 ITF) and revenue of $14.4M for Credit KarmaLed the design and partnered on research for a personalized Express Checkout tax filing experience. Resulted in a 25% increase in completion rates, 18% higher Revenue Per Visitor rates, and less time spent during the checkout stage.

- Created a design strategy and vision for multiple areas of focus within Mint’s core capabilities - Transactions, Stories, Budgets, Spending and Cashflow - which connected the different capabilities within Mint and delivered successful results, measured against KPIs like MAU growth, retention, and engagement of at-risk and returning users- Led a mission team to develop the award-winning Mint Stories framework along with the visual design system and partnered closely with engineers to codify its components across various form factors- Collaborated with various stakeholders including Product Management, Product Development, Marketing, Data Science, and the Tech futures teams to create a delightful end-to-end service experiences whiles solving for real-time, significant technical constraints
