Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Current- HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing Design for commercial and residential buildings. Diverse clientele including financial companies, call centers, investment banks, restaurants, hotels, gymnasiums, and real estate companies.- Involved in complete life cycle of project from conceptualization to termination including site survey, analysis, bid, design, construction and commissioning.- Manage and guide subordinates and develop a prudent approach to help them learn and achieve the goals of the project.- Presentations to clients and senior management regarding design, analysis and value engineering.- Participate in project meetings with senior management, client project managers and general contractors. - Perform due-diligence surveys and develop reports.- Prepare Basis of Design, Perform Due diligence surveys, and Write Technical Reports for MEP systems.- Perform Quality Control Checks on all MEP drawings.
