• Provide audit and tax services for Homeowner Associations and Business Parks with up to 1,000 residents/tenants
• Execute audits from start to finish: manage engagements, identify clients’ needs, plan audit and procedures, prepare work-papers, examine financial statements, and draft audit reports
• Analyze client general ledger from the fiscal year to review for variances and proper coding of assets and expenses
• Prepare schedules for amortizations, fixed asset depreciations, prepaid assets, prepaid liabilities, assets receivable, and accounts payable
• Prepare and post proposed audit journal entries to client financials to ensure adherence to GAAP
• Prepare tax returns, estimate tax payments for fiscal year, instruct clients’ necessary actions regarding tax notices, and resolve questions regarding return, taxable income, and deductions
