• Provide audit and tax services for Homeowner Associations and Business Parks with up to 1,000 residents/tenants• Execute audits from start to finish: manage engagements, identify clients’ needs, plan audit and procedures, prepare work-papers, examine financial statements, and draft audit reports• Analyze client general ledger from the fiscal year to review for variances and proper coding of assets and expenses• Prepare schedules for amortizations, fixed asset depreciations, prepaid assets, prepaid liabilities, assets receivable, and accounts payable• Prepare and post proposed audit journal entries to client financials to ensure adherence to GAAP• Prepare tax returns, estimate tax payments for fiscal year, instruct clients’ necessary actions regarding tax notices, and resolve questions regarding return, taxable income, and deductions• Cultivate and manage clientele relationships, addressing inquiries regarding audit procedures, adjustments, and drafts• Act as both leader and team member while working collaboratively on audits and fieldwork • Completed two 1,400+ hour busy seasons • Provide formal software training & IT consultation for company
