Through co-founding a startup and building products in tech, I worked cross-functionally to scope and build innovative features that delighted users and contributed to business growth. Through my experience in private equity prior to Haas, I’ve launched business initiatives and led strategy development to make investments. I am driven by solving challenging problems amidst ambiguity, scaling steep learning curves, and wearing many hats as part of a lean team.I’m passionate about improving equity and access to opportunities for underrepresented groups and advancing mental health & wellness.
