I ran a yoga and wellness business, offering weekly yoga classes around in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch area, workshops, and yoga retreats in UK, Greece and Italy. With 10 years of practise and devotion to Ashtanga vinyasa flow, concepts of yogic philosophy, mindfulness meditation, Ancient Eastern medicine throughout Asia, my clients are Chewton Glen Hotel, Arts University Bournemouth, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, The club at Meyrick Park and many others. I participated in David Lloyd's Spirit photoshoot, and I helped established first site of Park Yoga in Bournemouth in 2017 and oversaw over 80 people weekly throughout the summer.
